FlyClaimed provides assistance to air passengers in submitting and managing compensation claims related to flight disruptions, including delays, cancellations, and denied boarding.
We act as a claim management service and do not provide legal representation. Court proceedings, if required, are handled exclusively by independent legal professionals.
2. Eligibility
You may use our services if:

You confirm that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and truthful.
3. Authorization
By submitting a claim, you authorize FlyClaimed to:

Communicate with airlines and relevant authorities on your behalf

Submit compensation requests related to your flight

Process and manage your claim in accordance with applicable regulations
This authorization does not constitute a power of attorney.
4. Fees and Payment
FlyClaimed operates on a no win, no fee basis.

No upfront payment is required

A service fee is charged only if compensation is successfully obtained

The applicable fee will be deducted from the compensation amount before payment to the passenger
If no compensation is obtained, no service fee will be charged.
5. Claim Outcome
FlyClaimed does not guarantee that compensation will be obtained in every case.
Claim outcomes depend on:

Applicable laws and regulations

Specific circumstances of the flight disruption
We provide an assessment based on available information, but final decisions are made by airlines or courts.
6. Legal Proceedings
If a claim requires legal action:

You will be informed in advance

Your explicit consent will be requested

Legal proceedings will be conducted by licensed attorneys
Additional documentation, including notarized authorization, may be required at this stage.
7. User Obligations

Submitting the same claim through multiple providers may result in termination of service.
