These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the FlyClaimed website (“Website”) and the services provided by FlyClaimed (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

FlyClaimed provides assistance to air passengers in submitting and managing compensation claims related to flight disruptions, including delays, cancellations, and denied boarding.

We act as a claim management service and do not provide legal representation. Court proceedings, if required, are handled exclusively by independent legal professionals.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services if:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are legally authorized to act on behalf of another passenger

 

You confirm that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and truthful.

3. Authorization

By submitting a claim, you authorize FlyClaimed to:

  • Communicate with airlines and relevant authorities on your behalf

  • Submit compensation requests related to your flight

  • Process and manage your claim in accordance with applicable regulations

 

This authorization does not constitute a power of attorney.

4. Fees and Payment

FlyClaimed operates on a no win, no fee basis.

  • No upfront payment is required

  • A service fee is charged only if compensation is successfully obtained

  • The applicable fee will be deducted from the compensation amount before payment to the passenger

 

If no compensation is obtained, no service fee will be charged.

5. Claim Outcome

FlyClaimed does not guarantee that compensation will be obtained in every case.

Claim outcomes depend on:

  • Airline response

  • Applicable laws and regulations

  • Specific circumstances of the flight disruption

 

We provide an assessment based on available information, but final decisions are made by airlines or courts.

6. Legal Proceedings

If a claim requires legal action:

  • You will be informed in advance

  • Your explicit consent will be requested

  • Legal proceedings will be conducted by licensed attorneys

 

Additional documentation, including notarized authorization, may be required at this stage.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Cooperate during the claim process

  • Inform us if you have already submitted a claim independently or through another service

 

Submitting the same claim through multiple providers may result in termination of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlyClaimed shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by airlines or authorities

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential damages

 

Our liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the service fee charged.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • False information is provided

  • These Terms are violated

  • Legal or regulatory restrictions apply

 

11. Changes to Terms

FlyClaimed may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
